What data mookara.com and the Mira assistant collect and how we use it.
What we collect
The site uses no analytics, ad trackers or cookies. The server keeps a technical request log (IP address, time) for security and rate limiting.
Chat with Mira
Chat messages are stored pseudonymised: emails, phone numbers and known names are replaced with placeholders before storage and before the model is called. The conversation key stays only in your browser tab (sessionStorage).
Contact form
You send your name, email and optionally company only through a form with a consent checkbox. We use them to answer your request and prepare a proposal.
Who processes it
The pseudonymised conversation text is processed by the Claude model (Anthropic). The website and the Mookara OS platform are hosted on Google Cloud servers.
Retention
While we discuss your request; on request we delete the contact and the conversation.
